Service requests

Service availability, arrival estimates and prices depend on traffic, location, tyre size, technician availability, safe access and the condition of the vehicle. A 25 minute arrival is a target, not a guarantee.

Quotes and payment

Any initial price based on a phone description or photo may change after physical inspection. We will explain material changes before additional work. Payment is due when the service is completed unless agreed otherwise.

Repair decisions

Not every damaged tyre can be safely repaired. Sidewall damage, bulges, exposed cords, excessive wear and punctures outside the repairable tread area may require replacement. The technician may refuse unsafe work.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate vehicle and location details, ensure safe legal access to the vehicle and disclose locking wheel nuts, previous tyre repairs or known wheel damage.
